Booking
These terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted by the Client by virtue of the Client making a booking in person, verbal, telephoned, faxed, E-mailed, Internet, or written for the services of any person supplied by ThePartyLab.
Health / Dietary Requirements
It is the client’s responsibility to inform ThePartyLab of any preexisting medical condition, dietary requirements, allergies, health insurance details, and emergency contact numbers, as well as to provide adequate refreshments, and any suncreams and medications for the client.
Deposit
To secure your event date, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due one day before the event. Please note, if this timeline is not met, we may need to cancel the event, as our company relies on these payments to cover costs with our service providers, who, by law, are entitled to refuse services if they haven't received prior payment.
The deposit is non-refundable. However, if we are notified in advance, we will do our best to accommodate a rescheduled date, depending on availability.
Pool Games
We do not provide pool games without a life guard present. ThePartyLab reserves the right to replace entertainment with something similar if the original service(s) is not available on the day due to unforeseen circumstances.
Venue Access
Easy access to the party venue and parking is required or there may be an additional fee.
Transport
A transport fee is charged relative to the distance.
Preparation
A suitable room or space is necessary to perform the team’s preparation.
Liability and Risk Assumption
The Client acknowledges full responsibility for all guests and participants during the event. The Client assumes all risk of injury, damage, or loss arising from the use of any equipment or entertainment provided by ThePartyLab, including but not limited to inflatables and play structures. ThePartyLab shall not be held liable for any injury or damage except in cases of gross negligence.
Clients are held responsible for the supervision of children at all times and ensure safe use of all equipment. Participants found responsible for damages to third party equipment will be required to cover the cost of repairs or replacement; the specific cost will depend on the extent of the damage and the value of the equipment or property affected.
