How do I book a party with ThePartyLab?

Booking is easy! You can reserve your event by phone, email, our website, or even in person. Once you make a booking request, you’re agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.

Can you customize the party to a specific theme?

Absolutely! We specialise in personalised, themed parties for all ages—whether it's a magical fairy-tale for kids or a stylish soirée for teens or adults. Let us know your vision and we’ll bring it to life.

Is a deposit required to secure the booking?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is to be paid before or after the event. The deposit is non-refundable, but we will try our best to reschedule your event if you're able to give us prior notice, depending on availability.

What if my child or a guest has allergies or special dietary needs?

It’s the client’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies, dietary requirements, medical conditions, or medication needs in advance. You should also ensure appropriate refreshments, sun protection, and any required medications are available for your child and guests during the event.

Do you offer pool games or water activities?

Yes—but only with a lifeguard present. For safety reasons, we do not provide any pool games or water-based entertainment unless a certified lifeguard is onsite.

What happens if part of the entertainment is unavailable on the day?

In the rare case that a booked service becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll provide a comparable alternative of equal value and quality.

What do I need to prepare at the venue?

You’ll need to provide a suitable space for our team to set up and operate the activities or entertainment. If you’re unsure about space requirements, we’re happy to advise during the planning process.

Can you help with cakes, decorations, and catering?

Yes! We offer custom cakes, sweet treats, grazing tables, themed decorations, drink stations and much more—all designed to match your event perfectly. Everything is as delicious as it is beautiful.

Are there any transportation or access fees?

Transport costs may apply depending on the distance to your venue. Additionally, venues must have easy access and parking; otherwise, an additional setup or transport fee may apply.
